You cannot solve a complex problem until you fully understand it. Our "In-Home Assessment" is the cornerstone of our practice and the most common starting point for families in Northern Virginia.

We visit your loved one in their home environment (or current care facility) to conduct a deep-dive evaluation. We don't just look at the medical chart—we discover the life they are living. By observing the home environment, family dynamics, and physical capabilities, we identify risks that doctors often miss in a 15-min office visit.

The Investment:  $850 (flat fee)

Screening for memory loss, dementia progression, and safety judgement.

Review of essential documents (Power of Attorney, Advanced Directives) and insurance resources.
